dear team

good evening / i had approached your airtel showroom for a new SIM for the existing postpaid connection which is live.  the Plan i opted can have 2 free connections under the family tree.  but your officials asked me to do the process which is required for a new connection.

can you please confirm whether is it correct? if YES then why in the Mobile APP it is given as `add new connection’ charge is 199INR….
