I am using Tikona broadband connection for internet connectivity. I am facing connection issues since 26-Jul-23 so raised complaint with Tikona. Engineer visited my premises thrice and on the third visit on 6-Aug-23, he confirmed that adapter is faulty due to which internet connection is not proper and adapter will be replaced by Tikona. Till date I am waiting for replacement adapter.
I have sent repeated mails to customer care, connected with Tikona on whatsapp. I got standard response that Engineer will visit premises and replace 24V adapter, however till date i have not received new adapter.
