My Adani electricity bill for the month of July & August has been extremely high.
They have not been doing any meter reading before submitting bills.
My meter reading (last 4 digits) as on Sept 3, 2020 is 5785. Adani meter reading (last 4 digits) as on Aug 27, 2020 basis which the issued August bill is 7706. After including my August Bill I would be paying for extra 1921 units @ Rs 6.5 = Rs 12486.5 (plus additional surcharges and taxes based on unit charges)
Besides addition of 1921 extra units, I’m being over charged on per unit cost. Higher unit involves higher per unit charges. I have been wrongly charged in
July – 1067 units @ Rs 6.5 (As per bill)
August – 1004 units @ Rs 6.5 (As per bill)
Total – 2071 unit @ Rs 6.5
My normal Avg is Rs 4.85/unit, besides the bills will show you my last years comparisons too.
I am To be reimbursed – 1921 Extra Units @ Rs 6.5 + 150 units @ 1.65 = 12846.5+247.5 = Rs 12734 +additional surcharges and taxes based on unit charges.
