Overcharge on electricity bill no 101444207084.
- Today just now at 7pm I spoke to your customer care executive for name Sunil he said that due to lockdown tpandemic bill for the month of March and April is sended without meter reading and average judgement bill generated for month of March and April which we paid already before due and amount was around 1700 and 1500 which normally comes and now the bill for the month on May is 8600 which is impossible,I stay in 1RK and I know the limit of electricity and my bill does not come more then 1800 to 2000 unless it’s a previous pending bill,when I called for complained the executive of Adani electricity said we added the 2 month bill of March and April which is again cheating,if the meter reading is not done by the company then how can they send the bill on judgement basis,if some has consumed less electricity and has paid extra for march and April month what about that,this is clearly Adani electricity is cheating,please send me the revised bill with proper meter reading for the month of May it’s a request or else I need to put this in a social media and go by the legal action,kindly do the needful.
