Adani has crossed all the limits.

We use to get approx 1500rs every month bill, but from past 3 months I am receiving more than 3000rs. I have started complaining but haven’t got any revert. Then I start emailing to Adani from 27th June 2019, to Customer care, head of customer care and later I emailed to Nodal & CEO of Adani. But everytime I get revert that they are checking on the issue and after that I don’t get any call or email from anybody.
I even said, it might be possible that there is Electricity Theif, because of which I am getting high bill. But Adani are not bother to listen their consumer, they only want profit even by cheating us.
Now after almost a month, I got 9500rs bill for 3 months so Adani was very quick to discontinue my electricity- they have removed our meter. At my home their was a small 2 years kid and 2 other ladies and all was afraid and was uncomfortable in such a heavy rainfall. They were helpless as all other houses were having electricity and they were not knowing whom to approach for help.
They called me in my office and I ran to the Tilak nagar Regional office at counter number 1, they asked my to pay 9500rs which according to me was wrong charges, but I was left with no option- so I paid the amount. But they even asked me for 3000rs penalty, as they has up-rooted my meter. After paying all fines and charges, when I asked to send the engineer to come with me for reconnection, he said he will come on Monday- when I requested him he told to give 500rs for prompt reconnection.
I purposely paid all the money to let everybody and Adani management know- how they are looting and treating the consumer.
Now every1 can understand how difficult my 3 months were and how much time my family has wasted and even how uch trouble we beared because of Adani. If Adani responsible person would have taken some interest to visit my house to check my complaint. All this wouldn’t have happened.
Now I want justice.
1st all the wrong charges (may be due to electricity theif) reversal, due to which bill amount was 9500rs in 3 months.
2nd the 3500rs penalty amount reversal
3rd Also action against all the departments.
