Dear Sir/Madam,

I,Pushpa devi Agarwal has been using electricity since so many years and recetly after Adani Took over from Reliance Infra after few months they sent me notice on 05/09/18 regarding the bills amount will be raised and in the month of January 2019 bill they sent me the amount of Rs. 58640 which is 4 times more then what I am paying every month.

Please find below the my bills history from June 2018 till date so that same can be understood and taken the matter forward. As Adani is not ready to share any data with me and very strict and pushing me to pay at any cost

If you see above June 2018 to August 2018 I was making payment to Reliance thereafter from August 2018 I started getting bills from Adani.

In the very first month month they changed the meter reading from the beginning to 455 as the meter reading at what calculation I did not understand.

Later in the month of October 2018 my consuption straight away zooms to 1541 KWH which was use to be around 600 to 650 KWH during Reliance period.

Again in the month of November 2018 Consumption shown as 1310 KWH

In December 2018 it came down to 817 KWH

In January 2019 it is at 383 KWH

during Adani period it is clearly evident that they are manipulating the reading as i have not done any changes in my house neither any work going on in my house area remains same with as usual activities then how the pattern in consumption is being so volatile first goes up then again goes down.

Its my apeal as a customer to help and take up the matter and give customer the justice.
