This is to inform you that , i have received the current month Bill no. 101263949252 dated April 12, 2019 for Rs. 720/-, though we are not using any extra things as of previous consumption.As u know our previously consumption is around 40-50 units. i dion’t know how the consumption unit showing in the said bill is 104 units.
Please note that we are small family staying in the said Chawl(slum) with minimum usages. It will cause to mental disturbance by way of paying huge amount towards electricity bill. .
In view of the above, you may kindly look into this matter on priority and send us the revised bill so that i can make the payment. Further, request you to kindly depute your technician to verify and to avoid mental harassment in this regard.
Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated.
