At my residence, there is usage of only single light, fan & a refrigerator and so certainly our consumption of electricity is not so high to warrant such a high bill of Rs.2,497.88 for January 2020 month.
We have been facing inflated bill issue since one year and have tried to complaint at the customer care department of Adani Electricity, Tilak Nagar, chembur but have been only ignored and mistreated by them.
Moreover, the commercial area had been kept completely shut by us for the whole month of January 2020 since we were out of station; still it has been billed to Rs.3,056.98.
Needless to say that there has been some anomaly or breach of duty. I raised a complaint – 1026974188 and got the meter checked however the customer care department of tilak nagar had despite of accepting units been overcharged, didn’t change the bill.
Adani has been doing several frauds till date specially for entire area of Govandi and Chembur. Please assist.
