I have an adani electricity connection (transferred over from Reliance last year) with account number 100392093. I am getting insane electricity readings and bill for the past 2 months and this ongoing month as well.
My consumption in summer season for the past 3 years (with same appliances) has been 300-350 units. But the meter registered 578 units in April, and it has already crossed 200 units in the past 9 days (of this bill cycle).
Given all appliances have been same for the past 3 years, this meter reading is purely faulty. (In a span of 10 hours, with 2 hours of AC usage, the meter had registered 10 units increase)
The technician from Adani did no inspection of the meter, only noted down number of electronic appliances and left (with no idea of their power or hours of usage). The customer service team is not helping me either.
