Account No 101381284 I have been requesting the company to change the tariff from Commercial to Residents right from last 6 months They didn’t inform me any procedure to do so Even their portal doesn’t contain any information about it I had to approach directly to them on 14th January 2019 and first they told me to submit affidavit in given format which I did the next day I was told this will effective from 14th January 2019 However it didn’t happen as on the day I sent lot many reminders to them on their help desk and customer care They didn’t stop even billing me on commercial rates for January and February 2019 My consumption average 9 unit which cost me Rds 60 per unit I stopped doing business from the premises for last 4 years I request you to advise me on the matter
