Respected Sir ,
Thai is Mr. Kailash Chogle need to complaint against undue billing which your
company imposed on us without actual consumption for Ac.No.151301653 at
dahisar area , Mumbai.
As we have already registered complaint , your technical person visited the Meter & took reading on 1/10/2020 as 96270 & today i.e. on 9/10/2020 we have taken your same meter reading along with snapshot sending you for your information the meter shows at 1.30 pm 96449 on your Electric Meter , it means within 9 day’s we consumed around 20 UNITS per day , so if these has to be calculated it comes to around 600 Units per months .
Your Aug. 2020 bill shows 4581 Units consumed & your Sept. shows 1322 units consumed , so in Aug. your imposing 7.5 times higher consumptions & in Sept. your showing more than double consumptions .
How come the difference between JULY we used 648 units THAN suddenly it raised to 4581 Units in AUG. 2020 & again Sept.2020 it shows 1322 units , so much difference in Electric Consumptions how it would be possible .
I have attached the reports & meter reading for my complaint , as this is something very unreasonable happening from your office & your extorting money from us without us using your electric city as it shows in your bills.
