our usage of electricity has reduced not increased since last bill of Rs 5150 and we are shocked to get a bill of Rs 14,370 when we are using one less AC and our usage patterns have not changed pre lockdown or even now . We only use the AC at night and normal use of other appliances as they were before lockdown. Nothing has changed so how’s it possible that last two months we got a normal bill but this month when we are actually using less electricity we got a bill of 14,370 ? Please let me know at your earliest convenience how I can help in resolving this it’s simply impossible to have this usage amount
