My Bill No.100549028241 Bill dated 16/06/2019 Cycle No. 22 SINGLE PHASE for Rs.1,740/-Ref: Central Tariff : LT1(B) Meter number 5080130 A/c No.102318612 Bill month – May 20..2 NOS. SENIOR CITIZEN MALE MEMBERS LIVING INHOUSE..FOR YEARS, SO WHERE IS THE QUESTION OF LOCKDOWN PERIOD ARISE FOR THEM.Beside refrigerator, 2 lights (Hall & Bedroom, used only during the night) and 2 fans I do not use any electronic gazettes, in my home. FOOD supply is ordered from out. I say there is mistake in Meter readings.Bill of March , April and May 2020. You have taken average figure for Mar and April; reading due to Covid 19, so you also consider the average charges for the month of May Bill . Therefore, (59 + 59+ 129) 3 months = (equal to) 82.33 units each . So, the charges must be correspond to (0-100) bracket, which is 2.90 per unit and fixed charge is 70. But you have CHARGED me 430.65 per UNIT AND 110 as FIXED CHARGE. March Rs.390/- and April Rs.400/- and May Rs.1740/- total Rs.2520 Paid. From the time Adani as taken over from Reliance Rs.250 to Rs.310/-
I need verification and rectification of the bill … to adjust the amount in my future bills June 2020 onwards.
