Text of Complaint by Parth Mathur:

Actually we have airtel broadband connection and in last 7 or 8 days it validity is expired but we have renewed it by recharging of rupeees 943 but our internet doesn’t work and in thanks app it shows connection is barred wherever we have recharged our connection when we are calling in customer care they are saying they will resolve the issue in 24 hours today 5 days went and out internet still not working and again call came we need 24 hours to resolve the issue. How is this service really very bad and you really know well it’s lockdown period our children’s are taking online classes with the help of internet and then also you guys are not providing good service .
