I have been checking my credit score using paytm mobile application. I discovered that there are two active loans showing in it. I believe some one must have used my PAN or other documents for the same. One is dated back December 2019 amounted 40000 INR. KINDLY NOTE THAT I HAVE NEVER TAKEN ANY LOAN. Even some of my friends are also facing same issues. Tried contacting Paytm customer care but got no reply from their auto chat support system. Customer care executive is telling that the issue related to loan is can only be solved via chat.
