In my Tata sky ID every 2-3 month automatically activated unwanted packages and channels and deduct my money form my TATA SKY ID, Whenever i call to customer care of TATA Sky they told that this was activated by our dealer. Now, I am buying Tata sky online, recharge was also done online, never contact any off line dealer than how can dealer activated packages on my ID. Also Tata sky not ready to give details of the dealer who activated packages. I have doubt that either tat sky people activated scheme and name to dealer or any internal Tata sky person share ID details to dealer for their personnel benefits.
