Dear Sir & ma’am
My son Kshitij Kalgutkar has started the process for porting the simcard from Jio to Airtel on 10th September as he left for UK for his studies. But after 4 to 5 days the card was not activated I have informed the same to Airtel mini store, Ms Gazala gave me new card and assured me that it will activate after 2 to 3 days the card has not yet activated till date. Just wanted to know that does it really take 25 days to activate the card? Sorry to say that the service is not good. Because of all this my son has been struggling over there as all his bank work has been pending because of not getting the number. This service has really been horrible.
Please look into the matter.
