My mobile number is 8056236701 and it is prepaid and I have balance of Rs 520.I requested Airtel customer care through mail and face book message today at 2 PM to activate Rs 35 pack announced by them and they promised to do it within 1 hour-that is by 3.20 PM- but so far not done. They have earlier sent message that outgoing calls will be stopped tomorrow in my mobile and so I opted for this pack. But they are not activating it .
