Hi Team
I am following up with Airtel from past one month for my BB & Landline connection, but still I am not getting resolution from your team. Every time they are playing with some stories.
Here are few details:
Please find my BB & LL details, which I asked for activation –
BB & Landline details:
Airtel fixedline/broadband/DSL ID – 08091074225_kk
Landline no.- +91 80-49501181
Then the customer care executive asked me to make the outstanding amount of Rs. 659.32/-. And I made the payment (9th Oct) thru your Kadugodi branch office Rs. 666/- and attached the receipt for the reference.
Then immediately team activated my connection with a different LL number (08041107685) and after 2 days my connection got disconnected/deactivated. From past 2 weeks I am following up for the same, but not getting any solution. I am calling customer care and getting resolution date, but no resolution yet.
Can somebody attend this on priority and do the needful?
