I am not using my Airtel for a month but when i have my exam online then i want a good connection of internet so i decided to recharge my Airtel account broadband prepaid but when i gonna recharge they show me the outstanding balance i.e1800/- approx rupee then I called to 121 they feel sorry nd assured me to go with my rental plan 589 with one day extra i.e 609 in total but when the recharge is done 121 is like sir 2 hour sir 4 more hours i cancelled my 2 exams now its more then 50 hour but nothing changed i mailed no reply i tweet but they just felt sorry i called 121 but they treat there customer so well that i am tired and foud this website please help me
