I have purchased Jiofi JMR 540 router online from jio website (order no. JEF17353278) & received the device on 2nd July 2020. As per their instructions I visited nearest Jio store for getting the complimentary SIM with 5month data free offered with this device but the store representative is not able to activate the sim. So I visited 3 more jio stores but they were facing same problem with the activation process.
So I registered a complaint on Jio customer care but still haven’t got any response. Every I contacted jio customer care they are telling that they are working on the problem & will contact me as soon as their team will resolve the problem.

In reference to the above subject I would like to inform you that I have Jiofy internet connection Prepaid 30 Mbps Prepaid plan for which I have to pay Rs 470.82 including GST.
In last month on 25.06.2022 I made first attempt and accordingly Rs 470.82 was deducted from my account afterwards a statement received stating “ your last payment attempt of Rs 470.82 on Jun25,2022 08:42:45AM for Jio number 3335606731 was unsuccessful. Please try again. Transaction ID TB00001RP956. In case any amount has been deducted from your account then it will be automatically refunded by your bank/card/wallet within 10 days.”
Afterwards I again recharge Rs 470.82 for the said plan and the same was successful.
But even after expiry of 10 days the amount has not yet been refunded to my account as per the mini statement received from Axis Bank ATM on 06.07.2022.
In view of the above, it is requested to refund the earlier paid amount Rs 470.82 money to my SB account immediately as per the commitment made from your end.
Urgent action in this regards will be highly appreciated.
