This is in reference to my Airtel mobile number 9804671254. I was surprised to see that the company has charged Rs. 3500 + Tax in monthly charges to my bill in the month of March towards the international Roaming Pack.
But to bring to your kind knowledge, I have not even made a request for activation of the International Roaming Pack. So I would request you to waive off the charges towards International Roaming. It has been more than 10 years since my association with Airtel. But if the same is not waived off i have to switch to other service provider,
