I am Primium coustomer of Flipkart since a long time, I ordered Bata leather shoes from Flipkart but I received shoes of another brand when I filed complaint with Flipkart regarding my issue within the term and condition of product with coustomer care after some time I found that my account was deactivated after receiving of wrong product since then I tried many times to contact coustomer care but all went in vain still today my account was deactivated and I received wrong product my phone no registered with Flipkart account is 9136444775. Being a primium coustomer I didn’t face any problem when I was on my old location but when I transferred here on my new location I faced a lot of problem with Flipkart I received wrong product many time sometime I complaint & sometime I didn’t buy but every time I complaint within the terms and conditions.my mail address is rohillasapna01@gmail.com. I hv an another account on my home mobile no 9103488114. Which was also blocked Plz Activate my both accounts and change the product which was wrongly received by me.
