My customer id is 146570166.
I am having to connections. One is Primary and other is Mirror Connections. I am using the d2h connection from 5 years.
I have opted for My own Pack after the trai rules. Recently I tried calling customer care after 6 pm to activate star sports channel and deactivate some channels to my Mirror Connection but in vain . Finally, customer care picked up the call on the next day but wrongly activated to my Primary Connection .
Reaching home seeing that no activation was done to my Mirror connection, I tried to call the Customer care but in vain. The website and app both done work and all the customer care number provided are either invalid numbers or doesn’t connect. Next day on the office hours I contacted the customer care and instructed for correction and activate the channel I needed and deactivate the some channels to my mirror connections.
After reaching home I was astonished to see activation was done to my both connections i.e., Primary and Mirror Connections.
Next day i.e, on 24.09.2020 the customer care people picked the call at office hours and modified the error as i requested. But after reaching home I noticed the Mirror connection was good, they activated and deactivated the channels, I needed.
But the Star Sports and some other channels were activated to Primary connection also. Again on the same evening I tried the customer care but in vain.
Next day i.e, on 25.09.2020 afternoon I contacted the customer care to rectify the mistakes done. The customer care people did not co-operate and however they didn’t even care to entertain my complaint and hanged up the call, after calling again and again the customer care told it has been modified and the total cost would be 488 including GST, but they did not tell the charges of each connection individually.
To my astonishment, after reaching home I noticed more channels which I have not opted to My Primary Connection was activated without any instruction from side.
Hence, I need to rectify my problem immediately without giving room to raise complaint before the proper court of law or TRAI.
Once again I am giving the channel Numbers which I opt to my Primary connections and Mirror Connections. Other than Free channel No other Pay channels should be activated henceforth.
