Dear sir/mam
2months ago I lost my airtel Sim, phone no 9108104389 and I took a alternative sim of the same number in a month ago in chandra layout banglore 560040. My old Sim was prepaid.. But the alternative sim they gave was postpaid due to problem present in father name of the adhaar card.After all the verification procedure(on 10 may 2019) of the post paid Sim,my Sim is not still activated. The employees of airtel services of the above mentioned address are so irresponsible and don’t respond to customers problem instead they insist to check and they just ignore and I’m pissed off by the services. I kindly request to look after this.
