I had purchased a Airtel Hotspot device along with a annual postpaid plan that offered annual free services for Amazon Prime, Zee etc. I was charged the device and also for Activation services. The price of the device was 2000 and the Activation fee was 300. The plan I took was 499 Infinity plan. for However after just 1 week of Activation of these additional services Airtel deactivated it. Even after continuous follow-up on email they keep saying that the issue is resolved even after I have sent them all the evidence saying that it has not. They have also now stopped responding to my email.
