I have paid subscription in advance for 6 months to view selected TV channels in Tata play.
This is expiring in first week of November.
I received a message from TATA PLAY stating Binge Zee 5 Starter subscription at
Rs 59 has beenactivated and deducted the amount from my balancesubscription
available with them.
I STRONGLY OBJECT this unilateral action of TATA PLAY as I have not given my consent for viewing the above as a customer.
Without my approval/consent Tata play has deducted the amount and that too from subscription amount.
I tried my best with TATA PLAY for cancellation and refund .But they have refused .
Hence this Complaint as this tantamount to stealing amount from others account.
Kindly instruct TATA PLAY TO CANCEL the above and refund to my account.
