Have been making rounds of airtel store Vishal Nagar and Aundh pune for re activation of my airtel number. Worst service ever. After 2 weeks of physical visits to stores still not able to get a simple request fulfilled. Experience is even worst than visiting a government office. All hoax for getting new customers but no service to existing customers.
