I am a post paid airtel customer with mobile number 9004435045. Where in I have not opted for Amazon Prime nor activated Amazon prime by this number. But the same is accounted in monthly billing.
I have requested to add GST number in my billing which has not been taken care.
The requested services will not be taken care but not requested services will be imposed on customers which is not fare.
Hence, request to de-active Amazon Prime which was not opted by me nor utilized by me till date and not interested in using this service.
Please do the needful with out disappointing.
