Activated my wife number to the same SIM card which was given for my number

I am very disappointed to write this mail as i am facing so much of problem from AIRTEL from last few days. 8 days back i went to Airtel store for the MNP of my and my wife’s number with the hope of best service.

 After 3 days my number  is ported but my wife’s number didn’t get activate. I approached the same Airtel store and they informed me that the SIM card number in their system is totally different which is given to my wife’s number.This is the most dumbest act by Airtel store executives. After that they said they will activate my wife’s number on the given SIM card but they did most dumbest thing. They activated my wife’s number on my SIM card number and de- activated mine.
 I have raised this concern in Airtel store and they provided me the new SIM card and asked me to wait to get activation for my number. Airtel store executives were much rude this time and they behaved unprofessional way.
They gave me SIM card and told me that this will activate my number but again my wife’s number  got activated.
When i called customer care they said that the above SIM card number is activated in my number in their system but for the same SIM card my wife’s number is activated here and she can actively use her number from the same SIM card. My number is still de-activated from last 3 days.
Even the Airtel store executives were very rude and didn’t solve my problem in well manner. I am stuck with this problem and my number is not active. I dont know how Airtel can change the number for the SIM card. That is most dumbest thing Airtel did with me.
I want this issue to be resolved with the high priority and get my and my wife’s number activated. Never expected this kinda service from the so called “India’s fastest network company”. This is a big loophole i could find in Airtel.
Please take this on priority basis and i want you to take action on Mr. Ravi (executive from Airtel store) who handled this unprofessionally.
