I purchased new Activa Geyser from flipkart and got delivery on 6 February but in within 6 months it’s bursted. As it is one year warranty so complained to Activa Home appliances support team they told they will arranged engineers. But after one months I didn’t got support. Also as I purchased Activa Geyser from flipkart so many times talked to flipkart team but flipkart team not ready to help for repair, and replacement of part.
I observed Activa Geyser is life threatening and still flipkart is selling with 5 years false warranty .
Also not supporting for repair and parts replacement in 6 months period
