Airtel team,

Please note, it’s been 7 days that I had made advance payment of INR 9617 against broadband installation. The field executive Mr Sarit Gupta (8010304491) collected the documents on Monday (14th Oct) and assured installation next day. Till as on date (21st Oct) my broadband connection is not installed.
I have called and chased this Sarit Gupta (attached photo) and his supervisor Mr Harjeet Singh (98103 49889) multiple times in the last week and they have given me false promises that the installation will be done the next day.. but there was no action..
I want to escalate regarding these two people who have looted my 9617 have not rendered any services to me..
Airtel team,
Please note if the broadband is not installed today 21st Oct I will take a legal recourse against you for refund of my money.
Please find enclosed CAF details, payment acknowledgement and communication with your Airtel Field executive Sarit Gupta for your reference. These are all valid evidences of payment and non fulfilment of commitment on Airtels part.
Looking fwd to sacking of useless field executives like Sarit Gupta and circle leads like Harjeet Singh….
