1. I paid 798 rs for internet connection on February 12,2020
2. I did not get the internet connection.
3. I asked for refund on march and they requested to send me my bank account details.
4. I provided the bank account details but the account number was wrong.
5. Instead of 14 digits i typed 13 digits and mine is HDFC account.
6. They got back to me after 6 months and telling the money was refunded to the account.
7. I checked and found the account number is wrong.
8. I checked with HDFC bank and they informed me the account is not valid and money cant be transferred.
9. I updated ACT and they are telling the refund was successful and they cant refund the money now.
