I have reactivated my internet connection from Act Fibernet on 1st-Apr-2022 (after 2 years) but they are again providing the same pathetic service ie no internet at all or losing the connection every now and then due to which i am unable to do my day to day work and its impacting my productivity as well as efficiency.
I even lost my half-day on-call allowances as well on 2-Apr-2022 and ACT Fibernet is not at all concerned to fix my issue which is going on since the day i have reactivated my connection.
I want a scrict and life lesson learned action to be taken against ACT Fibernet.
