I bought acer laptop from flipkart on 21-5-19 for rs56999 and didn’t use it frequently. On 18-7-19 it was not turning onn. I called customer care and they send engineer on 23-7-19 and informed me that the product is defective and its part will be replaced in 4-5 days but no one came and no calls. I called customer service and they keep extending dates everyday and kept giving me wrong numbers. On 5-8-19 finally an engineer came and replaced the motherboard but told me that now speakers are defective and will take more 10 days and refused to replace the laptop. Plz do something. Plz help
