Hello Sir / Madam,
I am an Airtel customer from 2005 onwards with a post paid connection. Due to my work , I had to move out of India in 2013 and travel to India on regular purpose. I havent deactivated / closed my account. Instead i used to put my account in safe custody and whenever i travel back to India, i use to enable and pay the charges correctly without any issues / dispute.  However in 2019, without my consent Airtel has changed my account to some other company name HPE . First of all this is highly unacceptable
In Feb 2020 , when i was about to travel to India, I sent an email to Customer service before my trip to enable back from safe custody.. Customer service confirmed that it was enabled. However when i reached India, it didnt work.  I tried to reach customer service many times, but in vain absolute pathetic response. .No action..
From the time I return back from India till date, I am chasing Airtel with numerous email , but absolutely no response.. The customer service team is so pathetic  that they dont even have the common sense that they cannot reach on a number which is already in safe custody..  Whenever i sent an email, the team responds that they were trying to reach on my mobile , but could not be approached.. I have sent many times alternative no to call, but unfortunately no response…
After frustrated with email service, i approached the Facebook support in september.. Again from September-2020 till date, i am chasing. Unfortuntely no response.. Every time i sent my frustration, they respond with a standard cut and past message…(“Within one day your issue will be resolved”)… Till date nothing happened…
Now i have taken next step to reach via Twitter and mail to you…. I am having this as a last hope….
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE MOBILE NO IS LINKED WITH EVERTHING IN INDIA INCLUDING OTP, AADHAR ALL THE BANK TRN’S… FOR THE LAST 1 YEAR, I AM NOT ABLE TO DO ANYTHINHG…  IF AT ALL THIS IS NTO THE CASE, I WOULD HAVE GONE OUT FROM AIRTEL LONG BACK… I NEVER EXPECT THIS FROM SUCH A REPUTED CORPORATED COMPANY.. ITS A SHAME THAT AIRTEL IS TREATING A GENUINE AND LONG ASSOSIATED CUSTOMER IN SUCH A WAY.. THIS SHOWS THE IGNORANCE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER… YOU MIGHT BE HAVING MILLION CUSTOMER, BUT YOU AS A COMPANY LOSE THE CREDIBILITY WITH THE CUSTOMER.
