I got a message from the number +91 72850 28153 and was asked to do work which I agreed to on the 28th of July 2020. I was trying to finish the work of completing the forms as there were 700 forms were to be filled. At 09:00 My pc switched off and when I switched back on at 02:20 am (night) to complete there was a activity of file sharing which I stopped and switched my pc off.
When I got back to the phone I saw that there is a email stated that I tried to login from my mobile(which is allegedly false) and due this my account is suspended. I tried to reach to the customer service(+91 90810 67602 and +91 70467 07345 ) but there was no response. There was a ring and I got a msg stating that the number was busy. I tried calling them for 2 days but there was no response.
Today the 07/08/2020 I get a whatsapp message that they have filled a case in the court against court about this and that I’ll be sent a notice. I tried calling the customer service again, which was very appalling. The girl put a false allegation that I logged in with my phone which is not the thing. I had only accessed my mails to see the email that was sent to me and not to login. She began to yell and stated that she knows which phone I used and we have a protocol.
This is complete nonsense as she didn’t listen to me at all. She didn’t understand and spoke good and proper English. I was asked to repeat the phone number thrice which exactly shows that she’s looking for some hint or confirmation from somewhere.
Please look into this as this is rubbish and utter nonsense.
