parimatch hasn’t verified my account yet because of which my withdrawal option is disabled.. i have 814000 inr in my parimatch account but unable to withdraw… contacting the customer support from past 1 week but no reply.

  1. They will tell experts are checking and profile department are processing like that.complain to curacao e gaming as they are their licence provider,they will answer you there

  2. The same is happening to me. I received the $500 deposit match for new accounts. I played within the terms and conditions. I finished with $2,000 in my balance and after sending in all the documents for ID verification, my withdrawal function is still disabled. They stopped responding to my emails and gave me no estimate on time to verify my account.
