My dhani One Freedom card account is permanently blocked for suspicious transaction.i dnt know the transaction they are not telling that.
Every month they are charging monthly subscription fee but they are not providing the DOF service.
As i discussed with grievance they are saying
(As per the terms and conditions consented by you, you have agreed to pay a subscription Fee which is a monthly fee payable on recurring basis, to avail the benefits of the DOF Program)
i paid the subscription fee but I am unable to use the services.
Last 4 months i paid the subscription fee 3300/- but my account is blocked.
What is monthly subscription fee?
Why they are charging monthly subscription fee if they can’t provide the services?
Why should I pay the subscription fee Without taking any service?
