Hello Team,
I would like to bring this to your attention that yesterday I have raised the complain and have been informed that the engineer will be in my residence by 12 pm. I got a call from this number 9811753767,that guy told me to perform certain steps as there is “No signal” which is coming since 2 days. I did all and still the same issue, all of a sudden he asked for my address, I told I have been using d2h since 3.5 years and my address is the same and no engineer till date has asked for my address. Then he told to confirm my address and I told you would be having the address you please let me know from your side, he told i dont have and then he disconnected the call.
I have tried calling in that number since 2 hours and then finally someone picked the phone and he was a different guy who spoke to me properly and told me that I will call you in 5 min but no call came and then I called him and told the story which happened with the earlier guy, he then told me please give me 5 minutes, I will do the arrangement. Then again after 15 minutes I called him and then he never responded and now the phone is switched off.
I have even contacting d2h customer care since yesterday and I have two complaint ids with me also.
On 10th October 2018,i had the issue of signal not available for which the engineer came and he installed new device on the antenna and I paid him extra 700 k apart from engineer visit. I have tried calling that guy since yesterday but he is not picking the call and today his phone is off.
I have tried calling the nodal officer number 08023002827 and 08023002888 but even you guys have made the phone busy.
Please let me know what is this least level of customer service and literally for this torture from your side, shall I go to consumer forum and penalise you people their. Atleast have some courtesy.
