purchased an item from Shinesummers.com worth Rs. 999/- on 17-05-2020. On 19-05-2020 I cancelled the item before the delivery. I called to the Customer Care executive to remit the amount which I was purchased. He asked me the basic details like mode of transfer, name of the payee, amount purchased, date of purchased.. I gave only the above information along with my phone number but he is threatening with words. We won’t give your money do what ever you want … he said.

Today i.e., 21-05-2020 morning I received a message from sbi bank that you had debited Rs. 43000/- and 800/- and Andhra bank Rs. 5000/- with reference id…. throu transfer.. Today I visited both banks in yanam and spoke with manager and told me to lodge a complaint in cyber crime for solution.
Now I request you to identify the fraud and reverse the same at the earliest possible.
