I refer to captioned subject and want to inform you that i have recharged for Rs.599 on my jio number- 7984609508 on 1st may 2020, my account getDebited twice for Rs. 599. Kindly refund my rs.599 as i have not received yet the same. The screenshot of my account statement is attached for your reference. Kindly note that recharge was done through My jio app through amazon upi. Please look in to the matter as soon as possible. Jio hel center has advised us to contact citybank for refund.
