My account has been frozen since 2-3 months.. Still now fi money team didn’t took any step in resolving my issue.. I tried to change my mobile number that’s how i got blocked out. I do call customer service team daily.. Nd everytime they have only one reply ” We have escalated your issue “. To verify a person’s identity they are taking 3 months. Fraud
