Dear sir,my name is Deepak.i have an account on federal bank but 2months ago my account was frozen due to unusual activity then i calling bank helpline,he told me a lea(law enforcement authority) complaint on gujurat cyberecell so your account is freezed.you contact cyberecell gujurat and getting a noc after we unfreeze your account but i’m tried to contact so many times on cyberecell but he is not responding.what should i do my money’s are pending in account but debit freezed.please help me to unfreeze my account.i dont know who is complained on my account.i have not received any fraud amount.
