My account has been frozen for a long time and when i call the customer service it says that my account is frozen due to KYC issues… They’ve send me a link to update my KYC and after that they told me to wait for 3 working days and it’s been 3 months and my account is still frozen. So every time i call the customer service it says that they’ve escalated this issue on a higher priority please waut for a few more days.
