This is to bring it to your information that I am a retired officer of SBH and an airtel customer since the past so many years.
My mobile no.9866573303 prepaid account. I have recharged my mobile with an amount of Rs.558/- on 21st April, 2020 for 84 days by debit to my SB account 9866573303
As per routine my mobile recharge date was to expire on 19th July, 2020. THREE DAYS prior to the due date I have recharged with Rs.379/- on 16th JULY 2020 but that has not reflected in your books. As usual I tried to call my daughter today morning but the voice message I received was that the date of recharge has expired and need to recharge urgently before it gets inactivated.
As there was urgency for me to call I have today again recharged for Rs.219/- which is also not reflecting in your accounts.(STATEMENT ENCLOSED reflecting figures of Rs.379/- & Rs.219/-)
I tried many times to contact 121 and talk to your personnel regarding my grievance but there is no provision to talk to the customer care executives under IVR system.
Finally I went to the AIRTEL customer store at BN Reddy Nagar, Hyderabad where I was not convinced by the reply. They also have verified my airtel account and said that the last recharge was on 21st April, 2020 and have advised me to mail my grievance to you.
As a matter of urgency I requested him to recharge with a minimum amout of Rs.49/- to keep my account active, and was done successfully.
Please reverse the amount to my sb account from where the amount has been debited. 62087662463
Please settle the matter urgently as I am a SENIOR CITIZEN and I am not supposed to move out during the present CORONA SITUATION.
