I have purchased a phone online from Amazon through Zestmoney EMI and paid my March 2022 EMI manually through internet banking but even after my savings account got debited the amount of the EMI could not get credited to my loan account with Zestmoney. I have called them so many times but they are giving me 10 days time every time I call them. They have neither refunded my money nor they have credited that amount in my loan account.
