I have registered the request for relocation with tatasky on 24/05/19,abd have been in regular follow up with the customer service on the same but no one was bothering to close the request after being relocated to the new address one more requests was given to install the connection which was completed and amount was deducted from my account,i have been in constant followup with the customer care no one is bothered to close the query instead I have been constantly given different time to close the query and different dates.
I would require someone to attend this even I requested to forward my call to someone who can attend my query but was not forwarded.
