I have paytm postpaid user. I using arthimpact loans services but my acount is close with arthimpact i have received closure letter from arthimpact.but they have not close my loan account number from my cibil score report. I raise a complaint with paytm care but not close till date .my closure letter attached. Kindly close my loan account status from cibil score report.
