My younger brother got road accident and died on the spot. He has paytm payment bank account and i am the nominee of his account. When i raised the query regarding account closure to their customer care on mail. They gave me the details of attached documents for closure. Once i handed over the required documents to their grievance officer, he advised me for form 5 of receipt need to be attached along with documents.
Where in form 5, there is mention of total receiving amount with nominee signature along with two witness. So my question to the evidence officer that why I submit this form 5 without receiving the amount. Then he told me this is the bank process and without form 5 i am not able to submit to the bank.
Regarding this i put a mail to their customer care to give me written confirmation form 5 submission.
Now it is almost 15 days till now but not getting any response till now.
I am totally hopeless, unable to do against them.
